My story

A little bit of sugar and a little bit of spice! Lizzy is an adorable little lady with a scruffy hair-do that makes her irresistable! At 8.8 pounds, she may be itty bitty but she's got a little tomboy in her too!. This tiny maiden is great with dogs of all sizes and lives with both big and small dogs. Lizzy easily keeps up and also initiates play with not only the 3 month puppies in her foster home but also the big dogs too!. She is definitely not a delicate flower. Lizzy adores her people and is her foster mom's shadow. But she can also play the coy terrier who runs away from you when you want her to come. She was very shy for the first 4 or 5 days in her foster home but then she settled right in and has been such an easy girl to have around. She is up for most anything and loves to accompany her foster parents on car rides and errands. She definitely has the terrier attitude and considers herself the queen of the household. She would love another play pal in her home but could be ok as a single dog too. Lizzy is such a ham and keeps her foster parents smiling! She is crate and house trained with frequent reminders to go outside every few hours. Being the smart girl that she is, Lizzy quickly learned the advantages of being able to come and go via the dog door and the fact that it is an XL dog door doesn't bother her in the least. She is a spunky girl. Whether it’s curling up beside you for movie nights or trotting happily by your side on walks. Lizzy is just looking for someone to love—and someone who will love her right back. Her estimated age is 3 years.
