KENNEL ID #18804 Pepper is 45 pounds of pure love! She is a wonderful dog and truly a good girl. It’s a miracle that Pepper is alive, as she was just moments away from being euthanized at a high-kill facility. Now, let’s find this sweet girl a loving home where she can live happily ever after!
