Riley

My story

Riley is a loving, charming and fun loving pup. She is 7 months old, 50+ lb, female black Lab/terrier mix. She has the sweetest disposition and personality. Her energy and exuberance is at the puppy level and very typical of a Lab. She jumps around in happy excitement when she goes out to play or sees you for the first time in the morning. Riley gently approaches new dogs and quickly goes into submission and wants to play. Riley is crate and house trained and will let you know when she has to go out. She loves to meet people and other dogs and always up for a game of tug with her brother. She is really good with toddlers and children - very gentle and allows kids to give her hugs. She had an outing in Old Town Alexandria and was a hit!! Dogs came up to visit and she was so easy going meeting new dogs. She is an incredibly smart and very fast learner! She is curious about the world around him and up to explore it all. Riley is really easy to walk on leash even when walking in a pack. She is quickly learning a variety of commands and is still learning. Riley is not food or toy aggressive and shares his food freely with her brother. She has met the neighbor’s cat on few occasions and didn’t seem interested. Please consider giving Riley her deserved furever family and home. She has so much love and devotion to give you!
