My story

Hi! I'm Jojo! I am a very loving, senior black cat, who LOVES to snuggle and run up to you on my little paws! You wouldn't know I'm 11 years old, except I don't like to jump up on things higher than the couch or chair I want to nap on. My favorite thing to do is to sleep on your tummy while you sleep! Historically, I've gotten along with another cat and dog. I can be a bit sneezy - so be prepared to say "Dog Bless You!" My owner is moving and can't take me to their new location, without me being an outdoor cat. And I've never been an outdoor cat! I'm a bit older, so I can't jump up very high on things (I'm a pro on getting up on couches, but my owner hasn't see me get up on the counter in a while). I think being an outdoor cat, or being in a home where I have to run away from high energy friends (like dogs or children that would chase me) would stress me out. I'm on a weight loss food as my vet would like me to drop a couple of pounds... UGH! Diet culture, am I right?? If you are interested in adopting me, I come with some grooming tools! I am up to date on shots, and I am spayed. I last went to the vet in October, and besides being a bit chunky, everything seemed good!
