My story

If you are looking for a HAPPY dog NICO is your guy. This little low rider is a fun, smiley, playful boy. He is always up for a good time whether it is playing ball with you, going for a walk or rolling belly up in the grass for tummy rubs. One of his friends describes his favorite position as “kissy belly up". He just melts in your arms he is so snuggly”. Nico has a mischevious and funny side that makes you laugh and keeps you smiling…he is a character! Nico loves to dress up and play different characters...he is very talented...:) This affectionate boy is approximately 5 years old and is about 60 lbs. Nico is shy around other dogs and would like to be your one and only. He has had training for his leash walking and has learned to listen to his handler. Nico loves his toys and can entertain himself with a good Benebone or Kong. He cares most about his people whom he wants to snuggle and play with. Older children would be fine as well. Nico just loves to meet everyone and make new friends but he always has kisses and hugs for his old friends. Nico has lived in a foster home for the past few months and has learned his house manners nicely. Nico is a medium energy dog who will be happy snoring on the couch next to you, going for a walk or playing ball in the yard. Nico loves going on adventures and is great in the car. He is good about getting a bath and is crate trained as well. Nico will make a good friend and companion for his forever person. Nico has been to board and train at Humble K9 and has training support for life.
