My story

*** To alleviate the need to bring an animal into the shelter environment, The Anti-Cruelty Society has the Home-to-Home Shelter Bypass service to help people find new accommodations for their pets privately. These animals are not located in any of the Society`s physical locations. If you are interested in adopting this animal, please do NOT click the Adopt Me button and instead reach out to the current owner directly via the email provided in the profile. As this is a Home-to-Home animal you are not required to fill out an Anti-Cruelty Society adoption application form. *** Moose is a playful, friendly boy who enjoys socializing with other dogs at the dog park. His favorite activity is sunbathing, whether he’s curled up on the couch or lying on the porch. He loves to snuggle and play with his stuffed animals! He can get a bit excited when passing other dogs, we usually redirect with a treat or a down command. He is best when interacting with other dogs off-leash, like at a dog park. Moose has not interacted with many kids so I can’t say for certain how he would do with them. He is a very friendly boy but sometimes oblivious to his size (whether jumping up or sitting in your lap). Moose has also not been around many cats, and I would recommend he doesn’t go to a household that has cats due to this. He is in excellent health and has no known issues, he’s a healthy and happy boy! He is housetrained and is very good about going potty outdoors. He has been trained with some commands; sit, stay, down, off, place and kennel. He is crate trained. For adoption information, please email mitchell.h14150@gmail.com
