My story

Rick is a quiet, shy boy who's been through more than his fair share of hardship. At 5 years old, Rick is still adjusting to a very different life after a devastating fire destroyed his home at the Happy Cat Sanctuary this past spring. He’s now looking for a safe, peaceful place to start over—with a patient human who understands that trust takes time. Rick may be slow to warm up to new surroundings, but he finds comfort in the companionship of other cats. His gentle spirit truly shines when he’s among feline friends, making him an ideal companion for a home with other cats. Due to his sensitive nature, Rick would thrive in a quiet, adult-only home without dogs or young children. He needs someone who will give him the time and space he needs to feel safe and loved again. If you're looking to offer a second chance to a deserving cat with a tender heart, Rick might just be the one for you.
