My story

Hello, I'm Jelly Cat. I'm an affectionate, shy, and quiet lad. I will do anything for a good scratch and especially love neck and back scritches. I flop and roll around when you're petting me so as to make sure I get ultimate coverage on both sides. I even don't mind a few tummy pets. I'm chill about getting my nails trims in exhange for pets. I eagerly to greet my foster mom in the mornings and readily asks for pets. I'm on an anti-anxiety medicine that I take in a pill pocket. At night I enjoy chasing the laser pointer or a ball or mouse on the end of a string. When I'm not begging for pets, I prefer to have a bit of space. I attempt to sleep on the bed with my foster mom, but I get a bit scared when they move too much. I'm a big sweetheart with a lot of love to give even if things can be a bit scary for me. It takes me a long time to trust new people but I'm a gentle guy with a big heart. When my person passed away it seems as though someone put me outside my house to fend for myself so I need a dedicated calm home to give me lots of TLC.I'm in a foster home so if you'd like to meet me fill out an adoption application at www.animalaidpdx.org.My estimated birthdate is 2/1/2024.
