My story

Location: Blaine, MN My sweet sweet Nora! Once she gets over her initial skittishness, she is an absolute doll! She has become so incredibly sweet to me and my kids and can’t sleep without us now, and we feel VERY safe with her in our house. She has hit big strides on her leash and has started to love walks. She is pretty leery of men but is starting to warm up to the man in our house. She would do better with another dog in the house honestly. She can be a little guarded with her bones/treats, but it’s not terrible. She doesn’t do good in a kennel, so we don’t kennel her. She doesn’t need to be kenneled as she is potty trained and hasn’t chewed anything up. I have left her out multiple times while I go places. Praise goes a very long way with her, and she responds to her name very good! Hopefully she will find a home with kids that let her sleep with and protect them! --------------- The best way to show interest in an animal is to submit an adoption application by visiting our website (www.rescuenetworkmn.org). Adoption fee includes spay/neuter, all age-appropriate vaccinations (distemper, rabies, and bordetella), heartworm and flea/tick preventatives, heartworm test (dogs), FIV/FeLV test (cats), dewormed, and microchip implant (including registration). Rescue Network is strictly foster based which means all adoptable animals are in a home and there cannot be a meet until an application is submitted and approved. We have no way of knowing the breeds in the animals. All breeds listed are best guess.
