My story

Hi! My name is Mateo and I am from Missouri! From her foster; Mateo is a curious and playful pup who loves other dogs and is still getting used to the hustle and bustle of city life. On his first day with us, he had a few accidents but hasn’t had one since! Mateo is skittish but will open up with a little patience. He does well in his crate and doesn’t make a peep at night. We haven’t tried letting him out while we are gone because he still has a bit of puppy in him and likes to chew on things when you aren’t paying attention. He needs some more practice walking on a leash, but does fantastic when there is another dog to walk beside him. He hasn’t met any cats but has shown interest in the ones he has seen from a distance. Mateo has been introduced to a few kids and was shy but did well overall.
