Meet Pollock! 🎨
This gentle, medium-haired black and white boy was found wandering the hallowed halls of Columbia University—clearly either an international student on sabbatical or a visiting professor in search of a cozy home. Around a year old, Pollock is still coming out of his shell, but his soft, sweet nature is already shining through. Pollock is timid at first, but once he feels safe, he welcomes affection and leans into pets. He’s very food motivated (a scholarly interest in snacks, you might say), which is helping him gain confidence day by day. He’s also friendly with other cats and would thrive in a quiet home with a patient adopter who’ll let him blossom at his own pace. If you’re looking for a kind soul with an academic background in cuddles and companionship, Pollock might be your perfect match.
