My story

Meet Caramel Apple! This 1-year-old, 50 lb sweetheart is as sweet and playful as her name suggests! Crate trained and potty trained, Caramel Apple has made incredible progress post-surgery—no more accidents, and she`s happy to relax in her crate (especially if there’s a treat involved for motivation).She’s currently living with a 68 lb Staffy-Lab mix, and the two have become fast friends—enjoying walks together and cuddling when it’s time to relax. She’s also calm and unbothered around a resident mini dachshund, respecting their space like a true lady.Caramel Apple is an expert ball fetcher, a great running buddy (she even helped her foster mom train for the Peachtree Road Race!), and is working on learning cues like “sit,” “down,” “drop it,” and “gentle.”Her goofy personality shines brighter every day—she loves rolling down hills, flopping dramatically into your lap, and snuggling up with her favorite stuffed toy, Lambie, at night.Caramel Apple is the perfect mix of playful, affectionate, and smart. If you`re looking for a fun-loving pup with tons of heart, she might just be your new best friend.
