He came to us as a stray, but you’d never guess it from how much he loves attention, soft beds, and being told he’s a good boy. His absolute favorite thing? A Pup-Peroni stick. One whiff of that deliciousness and he’ll be your best friend for life.He’s been a rockstar for grooming and walks great with someone who knows how to keep things calm and focused. He does best when his world is predictable, peaceful, and low-pressure. He’s not looking for chaos or a busy social calendar; he just wants a quiet life with a person who’s got his back.Richard is underweight and gaining ground, both physically and emotionally. He loves to snuggle up in blankets, curl into cozy spots, and just enjoy the calm. Shelter life has been stressful for him, but with the right person, he’s going to thrive. If you’ve got a calm home, a gentle heart, and a supply of Pup-Peroni, Richard is ready to meet you. He’s more than ready for his fresh start.
