All About Me             • Name: Monk             • Age: Born January 2022 (3 years old)             • Gender: Male             • Neutered: Yes             • Breed: Jindo Mix             • Color: White             • Weight: 12 kg / 26 lb   My Personality Hi, I'm Monk!I'm a sweet and thoughtful pup who takes my time getting to know new people. At first, I might hang back a little, just to be sure you're someone I can trust—but offer me a tasty treat and a little patience, and soon you'll find me leaning into you for pets and cuddles! One of my most charming habits is tilting my head when you talk to me it's my way of listening carefully to every word you say. People always tell me how clever and endearing I am when I do that! Once I feel comfortable, I love being close to my people. I’ll come up for snuggles and even climb into your lap if you let me. I have a special way of making you feel like the center of my world.   Social Skills With People: I'm a little shy at first but warm up quickly. I can be picked up and cuddled once we get to know each other. With Other Dogs: I usually don’t pay much attention to other dogs. If another dog is friendly, I’ll politely say hello, but I’m not very playful. If a dog seems aggressive, I quietly move away instead of engaging. I prefer calm and respectful doggy company. With Cats: I haven’t met any cats yet, so it’s a mystery how I’d feel about them!   Energy and Activities I enjoy my walks and outdoor time! Sometimes, I get excited and pull a little on the leash, but overall, I do a good job staying near my person. Running around a yard is one of my favorite activities I love the feeling of freedom and joy when I sprint around! Sometimes I have so much fun outside that I don't want to come back in right away.   My Ideal Home I’m looking for a family who will appreciate my gentle heart and give me the time and space I need to build trust. A home with a secure yard where I can run and explore would be a dream come true! If you enjoy thoughtful, affectionate dogs who listen carefully and form deep bonds, I just might be the perfect companion for you. I can't wait to meet my forever family and start this beautiful journey together!   Life at Home I’m generally quiet, though I might give a little bark when I want something special.  I’m very well-behaved in my kennel, whether at home or on the go. I’m comfortable with both indoor pee pads and outdoor potty routines.
