My story

Meet Dolly! The beautiful Miss Dolly is looking for a forever family. We first met Dolly back in 2020 when she was just a few months old. Dolly's cute self was quickly adopted into a loving home, where she spent the next five years being cared for and adored. Sadly, in early 2025, circumstances changed in her home and Dolly's family was left with the heartbreaking decision to return Dolly to our care where she could try her hand again at finding a wonderful new family. Dolly has been, well, a doll since the moment she walked back through our doors. She is beautiful, loving, and absolutely made of sugar. Dolly has spent much of her time back with us living in our free-roam style Social Room with around five other dogs at all times, and she loves every minute of it. Although we've found it can take her a moment to warm up to a new dog, Dolly has come to enjoy having those canine companions and we think she would love one or two in her forever family. Of course, if you already have any in the home, we always require a meet and greet prior to adoption. Dolly seems to do well with cats, and although she doesn't mind the company of kids, really little ones make her uncomfortable so a home with nobody under the age of 5 is probably best. Another adorable thing we've learned about Dolly is her love of water! Miss Dolly's favorite thing is splashing around in our puppy pools, and more than that chasing and chewing at the water coming out of a faucet or garden hose! If you want a quick way to cool her down  and clean her off in one move, a sprinkler may just be the way to go! Dolly is fully vetted and microchipped.
