Winslow

My story

Winslow is a 1 year old, mixed breed full of happiness and love waiting for that special family. Winslow is in foster with dogs and cats and is good with both. Winslow came to us with an embedded collar that has to be surgically removed. He has learned to allow us to leash him and he even enjoys walks now!! Winslow will cuddle in bed with his foster family and runs in the yard with the other dogs. Winslow would do best with another dog in the home. Winslow tough puppy hood has left him with some quirks. He often ducks when approached to pet him on the head, but he has learned "touch" and that is his way of welcoming love. He will often come up and lay his head on our laps to be pet. We know someone out there will give Winslow the chance at a family. Watching him learn to love and trust has been amazing, we just wish it was with a family of his own. All our dogs/cats are vaccinated, microchipped, heartworm tested, on preventions, and spayed/neutered if old enough.
