My story

Macho is living in a foster home. Fill out our quick adoption survey, and then we can set up a phone call or meet and greet with the foster! Macho is: Neutered: Yes! Up to date on vaccines: Yes! Microchipped: Yes! Our microchips will automatically register when an adoption is finalized More about Macho: Housebroken: Doing well overall, when on a consistent routine Crate trained: Yes! Leash walking: He is still quite nervous outside and on leash, and would do best in a quiet neighborhood Dog social: He lives with other dogs in his foster home, and has peacefully coexisted with them. Cat social: Unknown Kid friendly: Unknown, but he would likely do best with older kids (12+) due to his timidity Macho likes: - Loving on his person - A peaceful place to nap - Chewing on a good bone Macho has been adjusting to his new life in Chicago after joining OTAT from a shelter in the South, and has been doing his best to be brave in his new city! He has the potential to be a very affectionate and playful dog in a quiet and peaceful home. He is very loving once he trusts you, and feels safest and calmest with his trusted human. He loves gentle massages and scratches, and even kisses. He would love a patient adopter who can help him feel more comfortable and confident in his new environment! Macho's adoption fee is $300, and he is eager to find his patient forever family!
