My story

Meet Uno I am a Great Dane mix that is 7 months old. I wandered the streets of Stamford, feeling scared and bearing wounds on my body. I got better quickly thanks to my friends at the shelter . Nothing lifts my spirits like walking and playing with toys , though treats definitely have a special spot in my heart. Even though I’m okay, I can’t shake off my worries. I get really nervous when the leash goes around my head, loud sounds freak me out, and I howl and tend to run away when people come up to me for the first time. I need a family that’ll take it slow to show me the world isn’t too scary and will keep loving me as I grow up.
