My story

St. Benedict is already neutered and READY TO GO HOME!!Meet St. Benedict (aka Benny), the little dog with a big personality! This guy struts around like he's the main character in a movie, absolutely sure that everyone he meets will fall head over paws for him-and spoiler alert: they do! Benny's a goofy, energetic cuddle machine who'll smother you with face kisses and full-body snuggles... before darting off to his next big adventure. He's the perfect partner for hiking, running, or any outdoor activity. Benny recently crushed a 4-mile walk (with a few wiggles when exciting things like people, dogs, or bikes came into view). But in the car, he's a wiggle tornado-so a crate is a must until he learns to not turn into a blur of energy on wheels.During doggie playgroups, he prances around the play yard, completely convinced that everyone will love him. He is silly and interactive, and he did well with both boys and girls. He did favor submissive play partners over a more dominant pup. He'd do best with a laid-back, tolerant dog (male or female) who can roll with his high-energy vibe. Oh, and did we mention-he's not a fan of cats. So, no feline friends for Benny. With his rambunctious, "big dog" energy, he would do best in a home without small children. If you're looking for a fun, loving, and very bouncy little companion who's ready to fill your life with excitement, St. Benedict is your guy!Check out his adventure here: https://youtube.com/shorts/0d_wogzYaF8?feature=shareIf you're interested in learning more about him, please reach out to our volunteer matchmakers at wcac.matchmaker@gmail.com with the subject line "St. Benedict 257127".He is up to date on vaccinations, flea/tick, and heartworm prevention, is microchipped, and already neutered. If you have dogs, we recommend slow introductions over time. If you have children in your home, we recommend supervision between animals and children at all times. Primary Color: Brown Weight: 35 Age: 3yrs 7mths 0wks

If you have any questions or would like to adopt St. Benedict, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
