MILES

My story

Miles is a mellow and loving SMALL version of a Great Pyrenees! A "Minor Pyrenees" he is short and stocky, and furry! Miles is always seeking love and affection, he is a real cuddly charmer. Miles would be great for a home body looking for someone to chill with at home and enjoy lounging time and gardening together. Miles does best on leisurely walks and may need some encouragement at first, but once he feels comfortable, he walks well and will be by your side the whole walk. He is a Guardian Breed and possible adopters need to have some understanding about that. Read what Miles previous foster has to say about him: "Miles is a big love dog who is happiest cuddling next to you. He is calm, sweet, friendly and plays well with other dogs and other humans. He is gentle and well behaved on leash and did not react when numerous other dogs and people approached him other than to want a cuddle with the humans. Miles is big and eats well. He likes to take short walks and play around in the backyard. He was friendly and sweet when we had visitors to our house and was fine being left in a separate room while we slept or worked. He is a guardian dog and can bark at sudden noises, but he is generally quiet and so sweet natured. He is shy and tentative at first at transitions into new places but settles in quite quickly. This big guy would be fine with families or a couple and would love to have a yard to play in. He met a friend's smaller dog and was well behaved with him. He allowed kids to approach him and pet him at the beach and he enjoyed it. We also brought him to a pet store to give him a bath and he was such a well behaved boy! Miles is a sweetheart who is ready to bring love and joy to others. Come check him out; you will not be disappointed!"
