My story

Heartbroken, love-bug Luna is a 50lbs, 2 year old, female mix breed dog looking for a home with lots of love to share. Luna is the perfect family dog, good with other dogs, cats and people of all ages. Luna loves to be a part of the action whatever you’re doing. Cuddling on the couch, walks in the park, a car trip…every activity is her idea of good time. Luna came to our rescue after her family moved and left her behind. Luna was locked in her apartment for 5 days with no food or water until she was rescued by the building Super. Luna currently has some superficial injuries on her face that will completely heal. They were caused by her trying to gain her freedom. She is a medium energy dog who would be happy in almost any household, but she would love a family who will continue this smart girls training, take her on long slow walks around the neighborhood, and if there are other pets in the home, Luna would love a playmate.
