My story

Meet Laila Laila recently arrived to HAP when her owner passed away. At almost nine years old, this gentle calico is looking for a family that will give her all the love and attention she deserves. Since her arrival, Laila has been shy and withdrawn but once she warms up to you she's a super affectionate lady! You know you've made into Laila's trusted circle of companions when she rolls over for belly rubs! Laila has preferred all the attention to be on her so would do best as the only cat in the home. As we continue to get to know Laila, we will update her profile. In the meantime, if you're looking for an affectionate couch potato to enjoy life with - Laila is the cat for you! If you are interested in adopting this cat, please submit an adoption questionnaire! Our adoption process is on a first-come, best-match basis and we are not able to hold animals. If you are interested in this specific cat but it ends up not being the best fit upon meeting, our adoption counselors will work with you to help find a match! We may require all household members, including children, to come along for the meeting to make sure it's a good fit. If a match is made, we encourage same-day adoptions! Our adoption fees include the animals' spay/neuter, microchip, age-appropriate vaccinations and preventatives, and a small bag of food to get you started.
