My story

  Say hello to Blue—a gentle, soulful cat with a heart of gold. He’s a quiet companion who thrives in a calm environment, and once he feels safe, his affection runs deep and true. Blue enjoys peaceful naps in sunlit spots, slow head boops, and observing life from his favorite cozy perch. He’s got a thoughtful, watchful nature and a deep appreciation for routine and familiar faces. Blue would do well in a home with another cat to pal around with.  A little note: Blue has some mild anxiety, so he does best in a stable, low-stress home where he can take things at his own pace. With patience and kindness, he blossoms into the sweetest, most loyal friend you could ask for. Adoption fees are as follows, plus tax: $150 for large adult dogs (older than 1 year); $250 for small dogs (under 25 lbs) and all puppies (under 1 year); $60 for adult cats (over 6 months of age), $100 for kittens (under 6 months of age), and $25 for small animals. When you adopt a pair of kittens together, the total adoption fee is $150.  PAWS, the Philadelphia Animal Welfare Society is a 501(c)3 non-profit animal rescue organization dedicated to saving Philadelphia's homeless and at-risk animals. PAWS is the city's largest rescue partner and provider of low-cost, basic veterinary care.
