My story

I'm Jack and I'm here looking to adopt me a family, a home...one I can say will be all mine! And since you're reading this, I'm hoping that you'll consider making ME a part of yours!!!! I was rescued from a local shelter to be given this chance at a loving fur-ever home!! This SSF (single spayed female) is in search of my LFH (loving forever home). I'm just right around a year and a half old and come in at about 15lbs. I kinda look like a chihuahua/Jack Russell mix. I have rather long legs but with a slender build. I didn't do so well in the shelter environment but have turned into a happy playful fella once in a home setting. It didn't take me long to realize I was in a safe place and open up to being happy and snugglyl!! I need just a NY second (not even the whole minute) to get acquainted with other pups. I was very nervous about it at first but now it's one of my favoritest pasttimes coming in second to snuggling with my person(s) of course!! I even do well with the resident kitty but I would probably do best in an adult only home or with just older kiddos. Once I trust, I'm a very sweet and loving pooch that has a very sweet and loving personality!!. I'd make a fabulous life pawtner, as I won't complain if you're late, in fact I'll meet you at the door, tail a waggin, I only make one dish dirty at a time, I won't make you do much laundry and I leave the bathroom clean, doing my business outside! I'd love to be your lil sidekick for your adventures...I love walks, both leisurely neighborhood strolls and hiking those pawsome nature trails. I wouldn't even mind sleeping on the ground if meant we got to go on some of those fabulous camping trips, or supervising yard work, those sunbeams are calling my name for a nice snooze but don't worry I promise to keep one eye open on that yardwork!!
