My story

Welcome, Mellow! Meet Mellow, a 3-year-old handsome gentleman with a heart of gold! This lovable guy has the happiest spirit and is guaranteed to put a smile on your face. Mellow is already a star when it comes to obedience—sit, down, come—he’s got it all! He walks beautifully by your side, waits at thresholds, and is always eager to please. Smart, social, and super affectionate, he’s a quick learner and a total lovebug who’s never short on kisses. Dog-friendly? Yes! Older kids? Absolutely! Cats? He says “no thanks.” Big shoutout to volunteer Kelsey for picking him up from Associated Humane Popcorn Park Shelter—he turned down munchkins (total diva move), so she made a special trip back for a pup cup! Mellow is currently in boarding, and while he’s getting lots of love, we’d love to see him in a forever home soon.
