My story
Josie came from a home that had too many dogs. She's been in a pen most of her life and has never received much attention. In spite of that, she is friendly (shy at first) and very receptive to human attention and care. Josie seems to enjoy being inside in our shelter and receiving attention and treats. Josie loves other dogs and would be good with kids too. She has only been outside, so is not house trained but we offer free online obedience and house-training via Dog Academy. We were told Mom is a Treeing Walker Hound and dad a Shepherd Mix.
