Meet Dukkah – A Big Girl with a Bigger Heart!Looking for the total package? Say hello to Dukkah, a gorgeous, sweet-natured girl with one soulful brown eye and one striking blue eye. This gentle beauty is a favorite among staff, volunteers, and her foster family—and it`s easy to see why!Dukkah is the perfect mix of laid-back and lively. At home, she’s calm, cuddly, and perfectly content curled up on the couch—especially next to her foster family’s young daughter, where the two often nap side by side. But she’s also always up for some fun with her chew toys or a good game of chase with other dogs.She loves people and is very gentle with older kids. Around other dogs, she’s playful and social, engaging in lots of running, chasing, and joyful barking. She`s still working on her leash manners (think: pulls like a freight train!), but she’s eager to please and improving with consistency. Dukkah’s foster family describes her as “chilled, soft, and adorable”—a true couch potato with a heart of gold.If you’re looking for a loving, goofy, and loyal companion with a gentle soul and a heart-melting gaze, Dukkah might just be the dog of your dreams.
