This lump of curly mats does in fact have 2 perfectly functional eyes and there’s a darling sweet little 4 year old bichon under there! Stay tuned for her makeover photos… She a sweetheart who was surrendered due to illness in the family and is looking for a forever home. She’s gentle and lovable, ok with other calmer gentle dogs although a little scared of them, and is getting spayed and updated on shots. She is not housebroken and will have accidents and need confinement, consistency, and some extra patience… but if some pee on the floor is a dealbreaker in your quest for true unconditional love then she’s not the dog for you. Since COVID-19, we are no longer holding our Sunday adoption events until further notice, but we are scheduling meet and greet appointments with a specific dog or dogs at our meeting spots in Northern NJ. To streamline adoptions, all communication before, during, and after the adoption process is done through email only: we have limited volunteers able to return phone calls. Please check your email regularly for next steps. All our dogs reside in foster care in Northern NJ until adoption and we do not have a central shelter location. We are a small all-volunteer organization focused on rescuing local dogs from area shelters, as well as accepting some surrenders and puppy mill rescues.
