URGENT: Chronic bronchitis with severe lung scarring, poor outcome prognosis should pet contract upper respiratory infection/respiratory illness.Demodectic mange - skin scrape results Pyoderma, generalised Pododermatitis Otitis externa Murmur 2/6 left sided (mitral valve vs DCM vs open) Dental tartar 2/305/21/25 20:05 Diagnosed with chronic bronchitis, demodectic mange, suspect allergic dermatitis. Currently breathing well, stable, appears comfortable, under medical management of dermatitis.
