My story

Meet Ying, a resilient 2-year-old black-and-white beauty. Found as a kitten on the side of the road, she was lovingly raised alongside other cats and dogs. After her owner’s passing, Ying has come into our care and is now adapting to shelter life. This sweet girl is curious, thoughtful, and ready to get back to life as a trusted companion. We are confident she will make a wonderful addition to any cat lover’s home! The adoption fee is $125 + tax and covers age-appropriate vaccines, a microchip, and a spay/neuter.   Please note, we do NOT allow declawing of any cat or kitten that we adopt out, unless deemed medically necessary.  We will gladly provide you with alternative methods of managing cats with claws.  We're open from 12-4 PM every day EXCEPT Wednesday! Did you know you don't need to have an appointment to visit our available cats and dogs***? Simply drop by and if you find a potential new furry friend, you can fill out an application on the day you visit. Go to townandcountryanimalrescue.org to fill out our digital application. Applications are typically processed in 3-5 business days.  Once you're approved, you can return on the date and time set up by your adoption counselor, with your family for a meet and greet.
