My story

Harley is a 2-year-old Staffordshire mix with a big personality and an even bigger love for life. This high-energy girl thrives on activity and would love a home where she can stay busy—whether it’s hiking, playing fetch, or showing off her impressive trick repertoire. (Yes, she really can grab a beer from the fridge!) She’s earned her Canine Good Citizen (CGC) title as well as two trick titles, proving just how smart and trainable she is. Harley is a dream on leash and has a solid obedience foundation. She knows how to settle, and at home, she’s relaxed, well-mannered, and easy to live with. After her daily exercise, she’s content to lounge around and enjoy quiet time with her people. She loves meeting new folks and can get a little excited when guests arrive—she’s been trained to stay on her “place” until everyone gets settled, and then she’s released to greet and make new friends. Some of Harley’s favorite things? The flirt pole, a good game of fetch, dog-friendly outings, and daycare playdates in neutral environments. That said, in the home, she can show some resource guarding behaviors and would do best as the only pet.
