Meet Jay – The Quintessential Dog! Jay is everything you could want in a canine companion—playful, affectionate, and full of personality! This sweet boy loves people and gets along famously with other dogs, always ready for a game of fetch or a snuggle in your lap (or on your shoulders, given the chance!) Named after the cheerful jaybird for his adorable vocalizations, Jay could chat with you all day long with his happy grumbles, playful barks, and endearing "talking" sounds. While he’s confident and outgoing once he’s comfortable, new environments can make him a little nervous at first. But with patience and some gentle reassurance, this smart and loving pup quickly warms up and shows off his joyful, goofy spirit. Jay would thrive in an active home where he can burn off his energy with walks, playtime, and plenty of conversation (he’s an excellent listener, too!).
