My story

All About Me Name: Koda Age: 5 years old Gender: Male Neutered: Yes Breed: Jindo Mix Color: Black Weight: 14 kg / 31 lb   My Personality Hi! I’m Koda. I might be wearing a sleek black coat, but underneath it is a heart full of warmth and calm.I’m a gentle and well-mannered boy who rarely barks and always prefers peace over chaos. While I might seem a little reserved at first, give me a treat and a kind smile, and I’ll be your friend in no time! I’ll lean into you for pets, wag my tail with joy, and maybe even give you a soft nudge asking for more affection. One of my proudest moments? Attending a pet festival and making friends with all the kids. I was so gentle, and patient people were surprised at how naturally I connected with children!   Social Skills With People: I’m both polite and affectionate. Whether it’s adults or little ones, I’m happy to share space and affection. I’ve had great experiences around children and know how to be calm and gentle with them. With Other Dogs: I enjoy meeting other dogs and tend to be especially friendly with those my size. I may not always play right away, but I’m always polite and enjoy their company. With Cats: I haven’t spent time around cats yet, so I’m still a mystery there   Energy and Activities I’m great on a leash really! I don’t pull, I follow your lead, and I genuinely enjoy a calm walk in the fresh air. I have a good amount of energy for outdoor fun, but once we’re home, I settle down beautifully.   Life at Home I’m not food-guarding at all around people or other pups. I rarely bark, and I like to keep things peaceful. I’m comfortable in a kennel and can ride calmly or rest quietly if needed. I use both pee pads indoors and do my business outside whichever works best for your routine. When I visit a new place, I might mark at first (I’m a guy, after all!), but with guidance, I adjust quickly.   My Ideal Home If you're looking for a companion who’s gentle, quiet, and already knows how to be a polite house guest, I might be just the one. I’d do well in a home with or without another dog, and I’d love to be part of a family that appreciates peaceful moments, kind words, and soft pats. Whether we’re strolling through the park, hanging out with kids, or just spending quiet evenings at home, I’ll be there by your side loyal, calm, and full of love.
