Meet Lucy – The Lap-Loving Protector with a Big Personality! Lucy is a ten-month-old Chihuahua mix with the biggest heart in the smallest body. She's playful, smart, and overflowing with love — but her favorite thing in the whole world? Snuggling in your lap all day long. She lives with her sister (who she lovingly protects like a big sis), and is incredibly tuned in to her humans. Lucy looks at you with eyes that say, "Let’s talk," and you’ll swear she understands every word. This little girl:  • Loves hugs, belly rubs, and attention • Greets everyone — even big dogs — with a happy tail and a “hi!” • Has the sweetest bond with her young adult foster brothers • Is crate-trained and puts herself to bed at 9pm like a little lady! • Learns fast, listens well, and loves being part of the action Lucy would thrive in a home where snuggles are welcome, playtime is daily, and love flows all around.
