Dumpling enjoys playing with his foster dog-brother, exploring the world with curiosity, and showing off his impressive high jumps. He’s a smart, high-energy little guy who thrives on play and connection.Dumpling is potty trained as long as he’s kept on a schedule, and he's eager to please.
