My story

Thank you for your interest in adopting Rocco. Rocco lives in an Alabama Foster home and will leave us when he is adopted. Distance is not an obstacle! We FaceTime with the Adopter so they can see their pet and learn about them in real time. We have been adopting dogs and cats to families for almost 17 years. Next transport to homes is arrives 5/9/25. Rocco was rescued from a feral cat feeding station. People have dumped their friendly and social cats there for years when they abandon them. We cannot leave a cat like Rocco behind. Rocco is estimated at 1 year old. He weighs 7.5 pounds. He is litter pan trained, playful with toys and feline friends. He has not marked inside. Rocco has not been exposed to dogs that we are aware so we prefer to go to home with no dogs. Rocco is neutered, combo test negative, FVRCP, rabies, dewormed, microchip, and he receives parasite prevention. He comes with his medical records. This handsome cat with his bold stripes is worth adopting! Long distance, to Northeast or New England is $200, which includes transportation that we pay for and a health certificate from a licensed veterinarian.
