Meet Chico – A Resilient Little Lovebug Looking for a Gentle Home Chico is a brave little Chihuahua with a heart as big as his ears! Found in a ditch as a puppy, he’s overcome a tough start to life and is now ready to find the kind, loving home he deserves. Due to an early injury, Chico has some back issues, but with a simple treatment plan including prednisone, he’s made a remarkable turnaround. He’s currently thriving and feeling so much better! To keep him safe and comfortable, Chico will do best in a home with dogs his own size and people who are mindful of his small frame. Despite his challenges, Chico is full of love and cuddles. He gets along great with other dogs and cats, and he’s happiest when snuggled up close to someone who loves him. He’s the perfect fit for someone looking for a loyal, low-key companion who will return your care with endless affection. If you have a soft spot for small dogs and a heart for a special little guy, Chico just might be the perfect addition to your family.
