My story

Redwood is back in rescue and ready for his next chapter! This stunning 65 lb chow mix was adopted as a puppy over three years ago. Now, through no fault of his own, he’s back with us—and honestly, we feel lucky to have him. Redwood has been nothing short of amazing. - Incredibly people-friendly - Crate trained and easygoing in the home - Dog selective—some dogs he clicks with, others not so much - Smart, gentle, and eager to connect He may be carrying a little extra weight right now—just more to love! A home that enjoys daily walks or is a little more health-conscious would be a great match. Redwood would thrive with someone who’s ready to help him feel his best, inside and out. Even shaved (his beautiful coat is on its way back!), he’s full of charm, sweetness, and soul. He’s settled in quickly and reminded us how lucky we are to know him. Redwood is the kind of dog who makes you feel like you’ve known him forever. **Redwood is located in Austin, TX. Paid transport can be arranged.
