My story

Meet Lilo, a sweet 4-year-old Pug who came to Big Dog Ranch with her best friend and brother, Stitch, after their owner could no longer care for them. These two are bonded and must be adopted together, as they’ve spent their whole lives side by side and find comfort in each other’s company. Lilo has a moderate energy level—she enjoys playtime and walks, but she’s just as happy snuggling up for a nap on the couch. She’s the perfect mix of playful and relaxed, making her a great companion for first-time dog owners or seniors looking for a pair of affectionate and manageable pups. Lilo is housetrained, good on a leash, and knows her basic commands, which makes settling into a new home easy. She’s wonderful with kids, other dogs, and even cats, so she’d fit well into many types of families and households. She’s also a fan of cuddles, toys, and splashing in the water on a hot day. Lilo and Stitch would be a lovely addition to a calm, loving home—especially one that’s ready to welcome a bonded pair and keep their special connection intact.
