You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. This sweet young girl is Bonnie, and she is eager to fall in love with her furever family! Bonnie has an excellent disposition to be your furry best friend. For one, this lovely girl gets along with everyone. Four legged canine foster siblings? - Absolutely! Feline foster siblings? - Let's all be friends and play! Two legged kiddos? - What new game are we playing today?! Bonnie's favorite pastime is to hang out in great outdoors with her friends. Aside from having fun, Bonnie also dedicates time to work on her basic cues and other necessary skills to navigate the busy hooman world. She’s already crate trained and walks well on leash. At home, this confident girl would love nothing more than to be right by your side when you relax for the evening. Why yes, an ear scratch would also be much appreciated of course! Bonnie will thrive in a loving home where she will be doted upon and cherished. A 6’ fenced-in yard and a kid friend or another pet to play with would be a bonus! If you are willing to open your heart to welcome this sweet girl, we are pawsitive Bonnie will be your furever best friend in a heartbeat! National Great Pyrenees Rescue (NGPR) has been rescuing and adopting out Great Pyrenees since 2006. Our relationship doesn’t end with adoption, as we continue to support adopters throughout the lifetime of their dog. Our goal is to assess every application on its own merits. Key considerations are: 1) the experience of the applicant with large breed dogs 2) children in the household or regularly visiting the household are ready for a large-breed dog who is a guardian by nature and 3) the sex of other dogs currently residing in the household to avoid same-sex aggression issues. For puppies under six months old, the applicant’s ability to socialize the puppy with older dogs is a priority. May 5, 2025, 2:07 pm
