My story

Meet Mowma, the PupStars Mom (Cody still looking for his forever home who's finally ready for her forever home! Mowma arrived at Rhode Home Rescue last summer with her adorable litter, lovingly dubbed The Pupstars. She raised her pups with patience and devotion (seriously, she was the best mom), and now that they’ve all found their homes, it’s her turn to shine. After some well-deserved rest, recovery, and a spay (no more babies for this momma!), Mowma is ready to find her forever family. She's fully house-trained, loves daily walks, and can't resist a good game of fetch or chasing her beloved Jolly Egg around the yard. When the weather’s warm, you’ll find her splashing in the hose or playing in any water she can find. Mowma is a one-dog household kind of gal—she loves her humans so deeply, she doesn’t like to share them with other dogs. She’s wonderful with older kids and adults who give her a little time to settle in and show her true self. Want to win her heart? Treats and toys are the way to go. Toss her a ball, offer a few snacks, and you’ll have a loyal best friend for life.
