Name:  Phoebe          Best Guess for Breed:  Blue heeler mix  Best Guess for Age:   1 year as of April 2025         SEX: female   Approximate Weight: 28 lbs   Gets Along With: Other dogs! We haven't seen her with cats or kids but we are happy to discuss integration techniques with any potential adopters!   Currently Living at: South Carolina shelter. She needs a foster or forever home to make her way to the DC area!   Phoebe is Looking For:  Her forever home! This beautiful girl is out of her youngest puppy days but still has all that awesome young-dog energy. She's eager to have her own humans for long sniffy walks, romps in the park, and exploring the world - she hasn't seen nearly enough of it. She'd love to make pup pals along the way, too. Quality kibble, cushy dog beds, peanut butter-filled Kongs - yes, please. But you know what she wants most of all? To know where she belongs, to know she's safe and loved for all her days. Lucky Dog cannot guarantee any dog is housebroken.  All of our dogs are working on their crate training.  TO ADOPT: The adoption fee for this dog is $460, which includes the cost of routine vetting, including vaccinations and spay/neuter.
