My story

Meet Rodney aka Hot Rod, or Rod Rod for short! This dapper young man is pretty special! He is a tripod and he will need to wear a shirt! He came into the program with an injured front leg and it was decided the best option was to make him a tripod. He has a stylish fresh shave job, but all that hair should grow back with time. He also is one cool dude with his collared, button-down shirts!! He will excessively lick one spot on his back if he has access to it, so the shirt helps to protect his back. We have found baby boy 0-to-3-month size, in cotton, knit and button up works best for this sweet king. His favorite thing to do is to lounge around on your bed (I mean he IS the king of the castle after all!) and get belly rubs. He will play a little bit when he feels like it`s a suitable toy for a king. He`s very laid back, has gotten along well with other cats and dogs, as long as they aren`t too interested in him. He will need to be a strictly indoor cat; however, this street cat has adjusted very well to being king of his castle instead of king of the streets!  He is still learning how to navigate life as a tripod, and struggles with enclosed litter boxes, but does just fine in open air litter boxes. He is ready and excited to meet his forever family.
