My story

This beautiful girl with the sweet soul is Farah! She was abandoned by her family and ended up at the shelter on 4/15. She is hoping for a new, forever home where she will be loved and cared for properly. Farah is quiet inside her kennel and attentive to the people around her. She will sit nicely for treats. Farah deserves so much better than what she has been dealt thus far. If you'd like to give Farah a second chance at her happily ever after, please come meet her! Farah is approximately 2 years old and weighs 69 lbs. She is UTD on vaccines and did test negative for heartworms. She will be spayed and microchipped upon adoption. Farah is waiting patiently in run 833; her ID # is 9397. Note - all the listings on Friends of Shelter Animals for Cobb are done by volunteers. If this cat or dog came in as a lost animal, we do not know how they might be with children, other pets, or if house trained. Shelter hours: Tues. - Sun. 10:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., closed Mondays & Holidays. The adoption includes shots, altering, a heartworm or combo test and a microchip.
