Lucky

My story

Lucky is a sweet-natured dog who made the long journey to Wisconsin in search of a forever home.Lucky is currently in foster, here are some notes from his current foster family! "Lucky has been a complete joy and has added so much love and life to our home as a foster. Lucky is completely house broken and will go and sit by the door when he needs to go outside. Lucky is gentle on the leash, but does get excited by the occasional bunny on our walks. Lucky does not react to dogs who bark or walk past him on walks. Lucky is working on losing some weight and has been able to increase from a 1.5 mile walk to a 3 mile walk during his time with us.  Lucky will lay comfortably in his kennel to nap during the day, but has been left out of the crate for 8 hours and had no destruction or mess when we returned home. Lucky will take treats gently from you and is very patient when waiting to be served his meals. Lucky gets very excited to go on car rides, and watches out the window or will just take a nap when driving. Lucky loves his toys and will go and grab one to play when you walk into the home. Lucky is a cuddle bug in bed and the couch, but he will sleep in his bed next to the floor at night. Lucky truly loves to please and be loved. The top words I would use to describe Lucky are: Calm, Loyal and Loving.
