Scottie came to us when his elderly owner could no longer care for him, and now he’s looking for a soft place to land for his golden years. He may be a senior, but he’s still got a twinkle in his eye and plenty of snuggles to give. 🥹💙 This sweet little dachshund is incredibly easygoing. He’s dog-friendly, cat-friendly, kid-friendly—honestly, Scottie is just friendly. Whether he’s gently playing with a toy, snoozing under the covers (his favorite place to sleep!), or wrapped in a cozy blanket like a burrito, Scottie is content as long as he’s near his people. 🛏️🧸 📌 Important note: Scottie does need to stay on prescription food and treats due to a history of UTIs and bladder stones. This isn’t a big deal, but it is essential to keep him feeling his best.
