My story

Hiii I’m Koa! My name means warrior. I was found abandoned in a scary town where most of all the humans there would mislabel me as “dangerous” or “vicious” because of my breed. I was all alone on the side of the busy highway in a parking lot. I was scabby and had almost no hair. When the nice lady pulled up and opened her door I hopped right into her lap. I knew I was safe then. I’m a bit of a Velcro dog which means I love to be near my people. I will be your best friend and follow you everywhere. I love laying on your chest. Face rubs and kisses are my favorite! My hair has grown back so well, I’m silky soft and simply stunning. My eyes are gentle just like my heart. I’m just a big handsome hunk of LOVE. I am very sweet, gentle and love other dogs and just want to play. Cats are unknown. I love people and never meet a stranger. I LOVE talking! I know how to sit when asked to sit and I’m very treat motivated. I take them gently out of a hand when given them. Please help me find my furever person. I come with all the love anybody could ask for and lotsss of cuddles & kisses to give. 💙 Koa is hw ( heartworm) negative, fully vetted, spayed/neutered and microchipped.
