My story

Meet Ghost, a young, sweet, and playful canine resident of our shelter. His friendly and energetic nature is contagious and he never fails to bring smiles to the faces of our staff. Ghost is a bundle of joy, always ready to play fetch or tug-of-war. He's a quick learner too, already mastering basic commands. Ghost adores older kids, his playful energy matching theirs perfectly.The HAWS behavior team would love to meet with Ghost's forever family to discuss how to best transition him into his new home and keep him occupied during the day. He's also proven to be quite the cuddler, always ready to snuggle up after a day full of play. Ghost is more than just a shelter pet, he's a companion waiting to fill your home with love and laughter. To participate in the Foster to Adopt program, you will need to complete the Foster to Adopt application which requires you to watch two short videos (less than 9 minutes total for the two) and answer 8 questions.
