My story

Meet handsome Hans! He arrived at the shelter as a lost boy on 4/27, and no one has come to reclaim him. Hans seems to have an injury to one of his legs, but it's not slowing him down. He should be assessed by a veterinarian to see if it is healing properly though. The volunteers describe Hans as very friendly and gentle on leash. He also sits nicely when asked. If you're looking for a walking buddy, Hans is your guy! Hans is approximately 5 years old and weighs 58 lbs. He is UTD on vaccines and did test negative for heartworms. He will be neutered and microchipped upon adoption. Please come meet Hans in run 402; his ID # is 9656. Note - all the listings on Friends of Shelter Animals for Cobb are done by volunteers. If this cat or dog came in as a lost animal, we do not know how they might be with children, other pets, or if house trained. You can bring your pet to the shelter for a meet & greet with your potential new best friend. When inquiring about a cat or dog, please use THE ID NUMBER. Shelter hours: Tues. - Sun. 10:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., closed Mondays & Holidays. The adoption includes shots, altering, a heartworm or combo test and a microchip.
