My story

Meet Crush — a gentle soul with a worried heart who`s still learning how to navigate the big, confusing world. He’s not your typical dog; in fact, he’s still figuring out what it even means to be a dog. Crush needs patient, understanding people who can give him space, go slow, and most importantly, respect his boundaries. If he says “no thanks,” he means it — and we’re looking for a home that will listen. He’s not ready for touch, cuddles, or the usual expectations that come with bringing home a new pup. What he needs right now is a safe, calm place to just be, with people who are okay meeting him exactly where he’s at.That said, Crush has given us glimpses of something really special. With time, consistency, and trust, a few dedicated staff members have seen his sweet and sensitive side begin to peek through. A little sniff here, a curious look there — it’s all progress, and it`s proof that Crush wants to connect, he just doesn’t quite know how yet.
